1. What happens when you press the Ctrl + V key?

4. How do you print only the odd pages of a document?
From the File Menu > Print > Ensure that 'Document' is selected in the drop-down list next to 'Print what? > From the drop-down list next to 'print', select 'Odd pages'.
You cannot automatically print just the odd pages.
From the File Menu > Print > In the 'Print range' section, check 'Pages', type 'odd pages' in the box.
5. How do you save your documents to the shared drive by default?
Open Windows Explorer, navigate to the files you want to save on the shared drive, select them. From the Edit Menu > Move to Folder > navigate to the shared drive > Move.
You cannot do this automatically - so write yourself a PostIt note to always do File > Save As...and select the shared drive.
From the Tools Menu > Options > File Locations tab > select 'Documents', then press the 'Modify' button > select the shared drive from the Modify location dialogue box.
