We understand that if your computers aren't working - you're not working. At NetworkMods we ensure that the support services we offer you are designed to meet your needs.
We do not have 'out of the box' solutions. In consultation with you, specific support provisions and priorities are agreed, so that if you call with a 'Priority One' request, you know it will be dealt with within the time you specified.
'Prevention is better than cure'. We offer remote monitoring of your systems to ensure that everything is running smoothly, and alert you when modifications may be needed.
Remote diagnosis and support means that often an unscheduled site visit can be prevented.
You are in direct contact with our support personnel by phone and email.
Specific support provisions include
- Days and times when cover is provided.
- Priorities to be assigned to each type of problem.
- Response times required for each priority.
- Frequency and length of onsite visits.
The support service may also include
- Periodic reporting.
- Third party hardware and software support.
- Offsite usage and performance monitoring.
- Organising the back-up and recovery of systems and data.
