Very often we deliver complex, specialised services to large companies. But typically, our clients are enterprising and successful small to medium sized businesses. They are large enough to demand a serious IT infrastructure, but not at a scale that requires full-time staff in-house.
Effectively we can become your IT department, but at a much reduced overhead. You’ll benefit from a comprehensive service that includes support, strategy, documentation, procurement, project management and third party interface and finance.
We have employed NetworkMods for the last 2 years to take care of our IT requirements, we have always found them very quick to respond to issues whatever time of the day and whatever day of the week. A very good company that we can highly recommend

Flexibility, flexibility and flexibility. That, in a nutshell, is what drives our approach to client service. We understand that companies that are compact in size need to be agile and not weighed down with heavy, unwieldy systems and processes. Fast, lithe and effective is preferred, and that is what we deliver.
Tailoring is key. At the outset of any client relationship, we sit down to establish the things that are most important to you – then build a service around them. You will be assigned a technical and account manager, with the former acting as your main point of contact. When businesses evolve and trading conditions alter, our service will respond swiftly to any updates, changes or developments.
Our clients enjoy the peace of mind knowing that they can easily adjust their requirements without financial penalty. We meanwhile, are motivated to provide the best service possible as the client’s business grows. Customer retention is vital to our lifeblood, and our staff are incentivised to ensure it.
